About

DRAMATEACH is a strategic communication initiative founded by Alberto Zavatta following his experience working on women’s empowerment and community development programs.

During those years, a fundamental challenge became evident: many development initiatives failed to create real engagement because communication was often too technical, standardized, and disconnected from local cultures and human emotions.

DRAMATEACH was created to bridge that gap.

We specialize in Communication for Development and Social Impact, using storytelling, dramatization, and performing arts to transform complex messages into emotionally engaging and culturally accessible experiences.

Our approach combines strategic communication, participatory methods, and creative storytelling to help organizations connect more effectively with communities, especially in vulnerable and underserved contexts.

We believe communication should not simply inform. It should empower, inspire participation, and generate meaningful social impact.

DRAMATEACH works with international organizations, institutions, NGOs, and private-sector partners across sectors including education, women’s empowerment, health, inclusion, and community development.
